I happen to be free today so i came to blog yeah :D Hmm, not say really free but today i actually got to go for my community service at 1:30pm at Jln Bukit Merah. However, my cousin came over today and will be staying till dinner time so I couldn't leave. x.x Sorry my friends, promised to actually go today but i couldn't. ANNYONG HASEYO PEEPS! I'm back once again ;D Missed me? :X hehe. Hmm..tml I'm having my cake mixing theory test. Let's hope the questions asked are simple and more of common sense kind. Hahax. Hey, but it doesn't mean that I wont study for the test okay! ^^ For those who have been wondering how's my life at ITE? My explanation is I'm still doing fine yea. So don't worry! ;D But recently i just twisted my ankle out of nowhere with no reason. LOL. Instead of falling with my ankle facing outwards, mine was the other way -.-ll . For those of you who don't get it, just imagine you sprain your ankle the 'normal' way but for me its the opposite way (you land with your feet facing outwards) OUCH isn't it? :X So today i went to school wearing sandals LOL! Me wearing a long pants with sandals. Just imagine how funny that looks. HAHA.

For those PEEPS that have been visiting my blog often but is disappointed cause there's no food..NO WORRIES!! Cause I'm here to 'deliver' food to you already! :X (Through my blog though..HAHA!) Hmm..today I just gotta notice that my Test 1 & 2 for Introduction to Baking Science will be postponed to THURSDAY!! So which means~..TML NO TEST! and~ MORE TIME FOR REVISION!! *applause* Like I've promised in my tagboard: Will post real soon! (maybe next month). Remember all?? Hello all my readers! After so long I'm back to blog again.. Its been one month already! HAHA! So far I did about 5 practicals after the Lemon Meringue Tart. I'll end this post with the pics. ;D Some of the practicals were done individually and some were done as a class. It was quite messy when we had practicals as a whole class HAHA! Usually our practical class session is divided into two, one morning shift and afternoon shift. I am in the afternoon shift which will always ends in the evening.. ><'' Just recently, I heard that I am never ever allowed to pass any recipes on to anyone as its copyrighted by ITE and if by any chance ITE were to trace or find out that any student who leaks out anything would be severely punished by the school.. I was so scared after my Mdm told me that. Not that I really did pass any of the information to anyone but this serves as a 'warning' to me and I would want to prevent it. SO I'M VERY SORRY if I have to reject you people for anything! ><''

I'm gonna have a test this coming Friday and Monday!! I should say its worrying? or should I say I feel excited about the test? *Confused* These times i really have very little time to find time to blog. And sometimes I wanna blog about my happenings but I feel tired once I start..so I decided that I shall not blog for the day. Hahax. Hmm, i shall end here now with pics! ENJOY~ ;D

YUMMY LEMON MERINGUE TART!

Yummmmy! Hahax. I've tasted it already btw. The lemon curd wasn't really that sour as i expected..and I think its quite sad as it doesn't complement together with the sweet meringue and the tart base when you eat them all together. My tart was also abit burnt but the colour was still okay with the lemon curd and meringue.

This practical is also my last practical for tarts! I'm not so sure what I'll do next but I'm awaiting! (:

The next practical that I gonna do next week, I heard is lemon meringue tart. o.O I hope its not so sugary cause of the meringue. Haha. Adding onto the earlier post, the apple pies look dull right? Doesn't have really much colour. And my chocolate pies are plain too.. I suggested to my teacher if I could put some crushed walnuts on top of the chocolate tarts but my teacher said its better to learn how to do the plain chocolate tart first then onto the other types. Well, he's the teacher and not me. (:

HelloHello! I'm back to blog once again! Happy Chinese New Year all! Was your New Year visiting fine? Hmm, mine was quite. HAHA. First 3 days my family and I went to my grandpa's and grandma's place (both side parents). Had nothing much to do though. Haha. Today I finally can do practical lerh! Woo! After soooo long, even my partner was complaining that she is so lonely doing all alone without me..Sorry! I just couldn't help it but i gotta stay at home cause of my back pain! ><'' Hmm but now im back! ^^ Today's practical is chocolate tart! *three cheers!* I LOOOOVE chocolate hahahahahaha! Yum Yum! Last week cause of my back I couldn't do 2 practicals which are Apple pie and Butter cookies/Chocolate chip cookies. ): I wanna makeeeee!!! Such a pity T-T~ I upload photos of the practical my teacher did: The first pic is the apple pies that my teacher designed. The second pic is an apple pie design that he made which i quite like. Its quite difficult to do the design cos the dough might sink inside..Hahax. Third pic is the final baked product! ^^ Yum yum! I didnt manage to take a pic of the butter cookies/chocolate chip cookies that my teacher made and I also skipped that practical. ): The fourth and fifth pics are the chocolate tarts that I baked today! ^^ I actually made 8 pieces but i only managed to take 7 cos one broke until very ugly LOL. I had to make the crust until very thin cause the main thing about tasting this is the chocolate and not the crust. :X The results that came out was very nice! Sweet and a little bitter. HAHA. My sis said she doesn't like the chocolate used but it was nice -.-ll *cold* The chocolate was baked just nice for me as you see the pic there, its chocolate filling (obvious), a layer of chocolate on top which looked like hardened chocolate but the inside is very smooth and creamy which is what I like. And if I were to cut the tart into half the chocolate doesn't squirt out which is quite nice as it doesn't look that messy. :X Out of all the 8 tarts I made, only like 5 were successful. Rawr! The rest were like either the layer of chocolate on top crack or the crust crack. ): But anyway overall i quite enjoyed doing this practical. (:

Im sorry but really Fuck. This totally turned me off. On Monday my father asked me if I will be free on Tuesday and I said ya but i had my back strain so I couldn't walk much. And so today's my parent's anniversary and so my sis and I wanted to give my parents a surprise. And so in the afternoon after my sis came back from school we went to King Albert Park's Bengawan Solo to buy a cake. I bought the cake using my money and I am not gonna ask them back cos its a surprise as I said. After that we took bus back home and find place to put the cake into the fridge. After awhile at like 6 plus in the evening my parents came back and i saw my father holding a plastic bag which inside contained another cake. Then my reaction was like: Oh God, I bought the cake already and now my father bought another one. I was first disappointed then angry. Reason being for being disappointed is because I bought the cake as a surprise anniversary for my parents without asking back for the cake price, angry because my father scolded me for buying the cake without informing him. He asked me if i I was free on Tuesday wad, and I said ya but have back strain and I'm feeling better today so I thought of buying lo. And today i firstly thought my father forgot to give me money to buy the cake and didn't inform me so I continue follow order go buy lor! Buy already what i get now? Scolding! What logic is this? F. Ok lor, now like this right? Next time whatever thing YOU go buy and DON'T ever think of asking me to buy anything.

Tuesday is the day where I had to say Hi to Mr.Wheelchair. The pain was so unbearable that i couldn't even walk so i had to stick with my little 'boyfriend' haha. First time i sit on wheelchair. It was quite fun for a side but it was painful on the other. Wednesday is the day where I said bye to my little boyfriend and I will miss him! :X Don't worry too much about me All, I'm fine right now! ^^ Able to walk but still need more of rest and water! Chinese New Year's coming and many yummy goodies are here to stay! So everyone must keep healthy and sleep well! See ya all! :D

Oh great. This time is really serious.. Sry to mention this but I even have trouble bathing and changing my clothes. I cant do strenuous activities and sports and this time i think i cant even do the simple sports now. What i think of my condition now is that it is worse than ever before. But i hope its only for today, tonight, the last second of the evening and it will be over. I can just take today as a nightmare and forget whatever pain i suffer today and live my best for tomorrow. Please God, I pray once again for my recovery. You gave me the chance to get into ITE and the course i want, but now You're torturing me. Please stop it..

My lower back is aching like mad today okay! Argh..I cried because the pain was excruciating and so unbearable. This time the pain is the worst out of all the pain i had experienced. I couldn't even get out of bed this morning when i woke up! This is so maddening.. I don't want to go for operation.. :( I can't even sit down, cant even walk, cant even stand and the more is that i can barely move my body. This is really F. I hate to swear but this time i really feel like saying it. Must i really be tortured like that? I hate this feeling. I just pray that i could get better tomorrow because its time for school. I really don't wanna miss school! I don't wanna miss my practical sessions. I'm now blogging with this draggy feeling and i really really hate it.

Heyo! I'm Backkie! ^^ I just hope i can do the fruit tartlets i learnt from my practical for my relatives during new year! ><'' hahaha. For Mother's Day last year i made eclairs for all the mother relatives and they said its very nice! Woo! So this time since i've learnt new recipes i wanna try out to make for more people to try. But i have to buy roller pin and tart moulds and i don't have time~ :( Andand, the fruit tarts is my first practical in ITE! Yeah! Its 9 more days to Chinese New Year. Are you excited?!?! When my CA talked about smth funny we laughed but they didnt. A person can be cool but not too cool. That's what i think, my opinion. So please, im not being bias. My personality is weird so its best for you not to know me too well or you won't get used to me because i change often. This day is my sister's birthday which is also my FIRST PRACTICAL day! *three cheers!* So for my first practical, i did fruit tarts! hahaha! soo funn! I'll upload the photos once im done with this post. The practical i did was 'pure-hands' on and no machine at all which is VERY tiring. But i do enjoy it! My CA said he is gonna train us to do manual work using our hands to make production because if there's once ever that the factory's machine were to break down, we'll have to use our hands to do production which is gonna be tough if we aren't trained. I almost forgot to mention this, which is, we didn't have our chef uniform yet even when we had our first practical. So when i was kneading the dough with flour, most of the flour went on my tshirt and my shirt became white. LOL. The whole practical started at about like 2 and ended about 6:30. Long huh? At about like 5:30 we started putting fruits onto our sweet paste, freestyle design which i actually ran out of idea designs so i anyhow arrange my tarts. :X Here are the pics which i promised to upload. The strawberry one is my favourite design outta all and i ate that! :D

My second practical! Basically i still have not received my chef uniform and im doing my second practical as i've said. But this time i've improved alot as compared to my first practical, not so messy and disorganised. :D I'll only receive my chef uniform next Monday. I shall end with pictures! First day of school:

5th of January,

Today the FIRST THING that happened is that i was stopped by the security guard because i did not have a uniform? i am the first year batch over there and my uniform cannot be purchased in the school shop. It needs to be ordered by my Class Advisor and the stock will only arrive next Monday. Today's class basically was quite okay, but abit dry. We settled down into some area and waited for all our classmates to arrive before we start the day. The first thing that started the day was that our Class Advisor showed us some slides about who we have to know in the campus and our principal's message and so on. After that we had a break for lunch and the canteen was VERY PACKED! So we didnt have our lunch but bought some snacks to fill our stomachs till the end of the day. After lunch, we had a campus tour around the school to let us know more about the campus and the facilities. That's where it was the interesting part because we get to know MORE~ about our campus facilities and stuff.

6th of January,

Today! The reporting time for today is at 9:00am but our CA wanted us to report at 8:45am and I wasn't late! ;D went there with a nice and calm mood ^^ first thing was that we went to our classroom to put our bags and we greeted our CA and proceeded onto the archery training ground (wasn't sure if it was the basketball court but archery training is held there). Our councillor thought of some games that could bring our class together and have fun and know each other more. There was this game, which is like: the girls will be worth 10 cents, and the guys 5 cents. So our councillor says: i want 50 cents. So all of us go around pulling people here and there to join our groups. Haha. And there was once where i was penalised 2 times and i had to do a forfeit. ;O and i was the only girl that was punished! But lucky i had two other guys to accompany me :X so our councillor told us to think of a penalty. I said i had no idea. AND SO..the guys thought of doing the Banana dance. =.=~ Though i felt embarrassed but i had fun! :X HAHA. I just hope my course wouldn't give me much stress but i believe I'll have fun ^^. After the games we had a one and a half hour lunch break and i ate minced pork noodles as there was very little choices of food. :O Then then we went back to our class to think of a class cheer and designed the class t-shirt for the competition tomorrow. Just pray that everyone'll be ENTHUSIASTIC tml when its time for cheer! I love the cheers and I LOVE MY CLASS! ;D

Yoyo~ im back once again. This time i dunno if its good news or bad. I've been accepted into ITE and school will commence on the 5th of Jan next year..*wow* unbelievable i say. Hoho but anyway, you've got to believe it! HA. After i went for my interview, i was DIRECTLY ACCEPTED. Is it good or bad? idk? and I LOVE MY NEW COURSE!! Im speechless now. To go or not to go? I'll have to choose from it. Thinking about ITE, not thinking about ITE. Thinking about moving on to Sec 5, the stress and the tight time before 'O' Level comes. This is sickening!

Hi everyone again! Im back to update my blog again (: I've thought about what i wanna do after i get my results. Im not VERY sure if i wanna do this, but im willing to give it a try. During the first two months of next year, im gonna go back to sch to attend Secondary 5. If i can cope for the first two months in Secondary 5, I would continue studying there. But if i couldnt cope, I would go onto ITE for 2 years, then onto Poly. The reason why i decided to go back to sch to attend Secondary 5 is because after i get my results, if i apply for ITE, i'll have to wait for two months for the result to be out. So I would want to give it a try if i could cope with the stress at Sec 5.

So that's all for now. (: Just have to wait for my results to be out..

Hi all! im back again :D for those who visits my blog everyday or once in a while, im so sry i didnt update my blog. so now im back! hmm..after i had my N level English oral exam, I had my Prelims and N levels next. And now its finally over! So excited but contradicted. I do not have any idea if i wanna move on to Sec 5, take O lvls and go to Poly.

But the thing is, my THEORY skills AREN'T GOOD. From what i've heard, ITE offers a higher percentage of practical than theory. My plan is: After i get my N lvl results, I'll move onto ITE then onto Poly. (: I know you people might think that i go to take O lvls then onto Poly is better, but my theory skills aren't really good compared to my practical skills. Im still thinking about it till my results come out. So..yeah. My birthday is coming soon! Anticipating it. ;D

Hi everyone!! thanks for reading my blog..for those who visits my blog often (: blogging again.

Haix..started from Friday till today, packing..packing..and..MORE PACKING! ROAR!! grrr...i can't stand it anymore. It's just so stressed.

Moving soon. Very soon.

And i haven't started on any of my homework for this weekend!! can u believe it?!?! tml's already the due day for my english presentation and i have not even done it!! ROAR!! grrr...i cant be able to finish my work on time!! im soo gonna get scolding from bombastic woman. Get ready. I just hope she doesn't ask my team to present when im not done with it.

I gtg rush my homework and do it by tonight. Guess wad? later i still have tuition at 4:30 to 6:30..how idiotic can that be? im already not free and i still have to attend tuition today.

yoyoyo!! i havent blogged for quite awhile le..srys!! i shall blog now then (: (im doing that now though..LOL!)

Yesterday i stayed back in school to do library duty. guessed what happened. THE FIRE ALARM IN MY SCHOOL WENT ON! I was still doing library work at that time..it happened around 4:55++ The alarm scared me lar!! so loud.. =.=''

I wore new school uniform to school on Monday!! YAY!! so nice..finally the school applies to use the real tie instead of a button one. :DD The new school uniform also looked much nicer than the old one.

Haix..these few days i've been so stressful..the class is also not serious this year..still joking and making noise when the teacher is not here. It's so intolerable!

Time for me to go do my homework..too much work to do. :(

Had flu, blocked nose and ears for past 2 days!! ROAR!! Using almost all the tissues in the house already..and!! homework was still not done during the weekends cuz of my flu!! ROAR!! Lucky today teacher didn't scold..*heng* LOL. =x

Today was horrendous. Had devotion today which was what we always had every Monday. F&N was next. I handed in my OTP on time..YAY! we did discussions after that. Without noticing the time, it was already recess time. :o

Had 'oily' noodles for recess. after that went to the bookshop and saw that there was a trace of blood leading from the outside of the bookshop to the Green Wall of the school canteen. :o wasn't sure wad was happening then. didn't want to care much too as time was up for the next lesson.

Maths lesson time. Got a 'scolding' from teacher for coming back late. :o ..it wasn't realli serious though :D so no worries!! (: for chem we didn't do much also..lolx. After dat it was english lesson. we were given a argumentative worksheet which i dunno how to do =.='' so i did my chinese homework..LOL. =x

12:30, it was social stds time..did so much writing..ROAR! was so tired that time. *writing, writing and more writing* LUNCH TIME!! didnt go to eat lunch though..hehe..den it was chinese time..teacher let us hear recording of the textbook lesson den let us do comprehension passage and it was the end of sch time lo! YAY! so pissed after that..dun wanna talk about it also.

There is love coming from my Mama, my sis and all the friends around me. im blogging now and this is the 3rd post im posting in a day. im blogging cuz now im realli very sad. realli realli sad. realli realli realli sad. i wanna cry. i've cried for 15 minutes after i ate my dinner. almost vomitted. i realli realli hate my father. i do not understand why he keeps misunderstanding me. i realli cant stand this misunderstanding. he's been misunderstanding me since young. i realli hate and dislike him alot. im facing my 'N's this year and im already stressed about it. he is giving me more stress by giving me scolding and more scolding, misunderstands me and more misunderstanding. should i hate myself or actually hate him?

i realli love my MaMa. She's always there for me when i'm being misunderstood from him. The hug from her realli gives me love and warmth. Thanks Mama. I love you. (:

yoyoyo!! im back again ppl! haha! okay..today i shall blog about my time at sch today.

Today I was almost late for sch..so lucky i wasn't. :D reached the sch abt 7:10 leh~ LOL! and the bookshop queue today was short!! i rushed back to class to put my bag then quickly rushed back to the bookshop to buy the stuff that i needed =x .

In the end like almost everything i needed for sch dun have.. =.=! so stupid..so i onli bought uniform..BUT the thing is..the sch uniform left the smallest size of 36..i want 34!! ROAR!! dun have..den have to wait lor..so ended up onli buying the sch tie and badge. :0

After that went for assembly in the hall cuz it rained den the parade ground was wet. After the national anthem, pledge n all..it was contact time with teacher in class..but it was spent at the hall and the sch arranged programme for contact time. Shan't talk abt assembly le.

After assembly finish le, it was chinese lessons..my teacher went for the Sec 3 camp so she wasn't in present in sch..LESSON FREE!! yeah~ so i was roaming around the class..walking here walking dere..den toking to my classmates and blabla. LOL.

10:00AM, recess time. ate 'lor mai kai', which is smth like so called 'sticky' rice with meat at the bottom. long time nvr eat dat le :0. also went to buy roti prata..u will be wondering: woah, u eat so much. Actually im not. HAHA! cos i was too hungry..so i sort of bought more food. normally i dun eat that much. so dun worry..im not fat. HAHA!

OHOH!! then after recess it was F&N time. my teacher told me that today we were gonna receive our 'N' Level coursework leh! so FREAKY!! ehh..my teacher also told me cannot show or tell anyone anything about the coursework cuz it's confidential. :0 !

so anyways, had F&N lesson today for 5 periods..SO LONG!! after F&N was History lesson. Rushed back after F&N lesson ended den rush to History class. guess wad? rushed to History class i still kena scolding from teacher.. -.-ll la. AND tml nid to stay back for CCA. -.-ll again.

Anyway, i will end here for today..cos got alot of things to do today..tml still hav to stay back at sch till 5PM ==!! see ya'll then.

Hello my readers! Sorry for not blogging ytd..was too tired to do that =x .. ytd went to my new house to meet the designers and contractors bla bla bla..went to the new place around 5:45PM till before the sun sets. (that was told by my parents)..in the end the meeting with them at the new place was till 8:45PM ++ -.-'' so hungry can? =='' my parents still talking talking n talking about the placement of things in the new house..cant they just meet up another time to talk about all these? *hungry*

Time: 9:20PM, finally setting off for a place to eat..decided to eat at Commonwealth...ordered fish slice soup, fried rice n 'mee sua'~ *HmMm* u must be wondering wad is 'mee sua' rite? 'mee sua' is a kind of crispy noodle served with gravy..Yummy! :D *not sure how to explain it correctly*

Time: 10:05PM, finally stomachs were full~ Money paid..n drove back to home sweet home (:

Spring Cleaning?

This morning i woke up 11 plus with still a little bit of body ache =.='' ...after i woke up i stayed in bed for sometime before getting out of my bed..didnt feel like getting out of bed cuz today i have to clean up the cupboards in my room to see what i want to keep and what i do not want to keep. ><'' had some hard time deciding what to do with some of my stuff.

While i was clearing them, it was soon lunch time luh..then was deciding if to ask my parents to packet food home or we go out to eat n come back home..in the end decided to go to Holland Village to have chicken chop. :D Done eating le, went to BreadTalk to buy pork floss bun *HmMm* n go back home.

*Back home* It's time for clearing again.. ><'' caught the 'flu bug' from the dust flying around in my room =.=' until now i'm still sniffing cos of the dust. Guess wad? i found the necklace i lost from like..ages ago? HAHA! it was one of my favourite necklaces of all the necklaces dat i have.. :D altogether i took about ehh..3 hours clearing up the stuff in my room? HAHA! that's 'amazing'.. -.-'' *brrr* after the 3 hours it was already like 4:30..i took magazine to read, continue sneezing cos of the dust, n used up alot of tissues.. ><'' *so jialat* hahax!

Time: 5:30PM, TV time! did nth else bah..lolx..awhile later dinner luh..mama went to buy food with mama, i went to cook rice. Time: 7:45PM, DINNER TIME!! finally.. :D 15 mins passed..CHANNEL 56! *singing time~* sooo..i GTG! see ya all ^^

Woke up today having body ache & muscle aches..cannot get out of my bed! ><'' maybe is cuz i helped out cleaning the place dat day..lolx =.=ll ! so issit i actually deserve this kind of 'muscle' suffering or a 'reward' that i did dat day? lol..who knows?

anyways, i did nothing much today..hahax! maybe cos of my body aches bah.. ><'' today my mama made popcorn.. :D but its quite salty though =.='' can't put honey too..haha...later ants come den die luh..

before lunch today my father crapped some stuff..''if u all not going to eat, im going out to eat on my own.'' Him and his own crap..even if he does go out on his own, who cares? i can stay home to cook my own maggie for my lunch. so simple! in the end he waited for us to go out for lunch..so dumb. =.='' after lunch we went back home n i logged on to my com,started to blog..use msn n start to link my frens n stuff..had trouble doing those ><'' so siianx.

Without realising it was dinner luh..time: 6:30PM. My mama n father went out to buy Hokkien Mee..*HmMm* yummy! but when they came back it was already 8:00PM luh =.=''

Hellos everyone! thanks for viewing my new blog! ^^ i hope you like it :D
today's christmas day eve~ just finished celebrating Christmas from a party at Orchid Country Club..that's fun!! :D

The party was hosted by my aunt..the event name is 'Watch Me Go Ah Go Go''. It started at around 2pm. Went there to help out blowing balloons~ :D *used up all my strength* so tired..

After awhile..went to open 'champagne' that my mom bought before going to OCC..HAHA..actually it isn't champange..it was some 'Sparkling Juice'..*hmMmM~* yummy! hahax!

Basically the party was just some dancing, karaoke sessions & some performances by my aunt's students..was bored so i used my lappy to play audi & played with my cousins too. While i was playing audi my com suddenly blacked out eh! LOL! so funny..after dat my com cannot on luh..com battery flat ><'' so i went to walk around to ''explore'' the CC..explore finish luh den went back to sit around & see my aunt's students dance. starting to get a little bored now huh? lolx..i took magazine out from my bag n start reading it..after awhile got lucky draw of tickets..& guess wad? my ticket got picked from the lucky draw box!! HAHA!! i was shocked when the announcer said: 0-8-8! 088!! yeah!! i won!! lolx..it was a tupperware..quite cute though :D when it's around 11:55PM the whole room was perpared to party for countdown luh..5..4..3..2..1!! MERRY CHIRSTMAS!! everybody took out whistles to blow, popping party poppers & shouting merry christmas!! so high huh~ hahax!

party finish le? time for cleaning up..there was so much rubbish after the party! was helping out clearing the rubbish with the waiters :O tiring seh! ><'' kept bending down to the floor to pick up the rubbish..ended up i picked up about 2 bags of rubbish? :O so amazing? hahax.. first posting post for so long..hahax! so maybe i end here? see ya all then!
